About

I'm Lorenzo Orrù. I spend my days shipping SAP logistics projects — warehouses, RF transactions, go-lives — and my evenings building AI tools that respect the constraints of enterprise work: client data that can't touch an API, answers that must cite their sources, systems that have to keep running.

This site is where I write about that intersection: two thirds build logs and field lessons, one third where I think this is all going.

Everything here is anonymized by principle — no client names, no recognizable projects. The patterns are real; the details are not traceable.

Elsewhere: GitHub, X, Reddit.
